By uniting franchisors, franchisees, and their customers, we’re building a national movement focused on mentorship, job readiness, scholarships, and entrepreneurial growth — all powered by the unique local footprint of franchised businesses.

  Workshops and curriculum that help kids understand small business fundamentals, leadership, and even the basics of franchising.

  Franchise owners volunteer as mentors, helping guide youth with encouragement, advice, and opportunities.
